Dear seniors,
Just would like your opinion on the prices for LC lighting? Is their price reasonable? I've just found out that all the lights are nett price, no discount.
Hope that you could enlighten on this. Thank you.

I just would like to know if there is a wiring problem for the downlights (plastered ceiling), will it cause the energy saving bulbs lifespan to be much shorter than expected?
Hope to hear some advice. Thank you.

Thanks for the replies... i only found out that there is a dimmer connected to the energy saving lights. I suspect without me knowing it may cause the voltage not being stable... and causes flickering that i did not notice. That's why the light bulb goes off fast. By the way, if i'm not mistaken the bulbs are only 2-3months old that's why it is a bit odd.
Need to remove the dimmer connection... and monitor this senario.
Thanks again.

Just curious,
1) How do we know the max. allowable wattage for the bulb / light socket prior to purchasing any bulb? (If there is no indication on the socket)
2) What will happen if the bulb we buy exceeds the max allowable wattage?
Thanks.
