what's the average price for 4" and 6" (round or square) surface-mount downlight?

i guess 18w (confused.gif) LED should suffice, with cool white color (prefers white-ish > orangey room)

thinking to get about 50 pieces, whole condo (living room, dining room, 4 rooms, kitchens). no plaster ceiling.
