Hello,

I'd like to check if 4" downlight (white light) is sufficient for bedrooms on the first floor as I am still deciding between 4" and 6" downlights. Also with plaster ceiling, how low can I go for the downlights as I plan to "overlay" existing ceiling to save cost as advised?
