The US never received a stand-alone disc and only had SM3 and the trilogy box-set.

Band of Brothers doesn't qualify as a steel case. More like tin can.

I got the North By Northwest Blu-ray digibook. Worth every cent. Not really a steelbook collector in the past but if I see a film I like or has rare collector's value, I say what the hell?
