Watch this space for reviews and details. As far as i know, its probably gonna be a bare bone release without any special features. The DVD release was one of a kind. A 2 disc edition with 60 pages of Idiot Comic + 24 Pages of Sticker Album.
Only certain number of bollywood titles has special features (Not 2 disc edition though) and depending on the studio if they decide to include them..

I've seen quite a lot of them - which is why I don't feel like buying Bollywood BDs. I feel cheated if I am just paying for the film so for every BD I buy, I try to make sure each BD has a ton of special features.

Added on September 16, 2010, 2:43 amRobin Hood review out! As expected, reference sound.

3 Idiots has been shown on Astro several months ago. The film recently won a National Award in India.
A simple story yet powerful play by the casts.

Thats a natural feeling, plus why do you have to feel to be cheated if you like the movie. Special features is just absolute waste of time. Yes, i agree that we buy some BD for its Special Features, but thats Hollywood or other languages. Bollywood blu-ray movies , has less concentration on Special features instead the importance given to Audio / Video quality.

Black Friday Predictions: Blu-ray Players with Netflix at $69, Movies at $5-$10

A Black Friday forecast from deal reporting site Dealnews predicts that Netflix-enabled Blu-ray players (a "must-have item" this year) will hit $69. Less full-featured BD players are expected to hit $49. On the software side, the site forecasts that older titles will be available for $5, whereas "relatively new releases" will be found for as little as $10. Blu-ray movies bundled with TVs are also expected.

Dealnews clarified that these are the best prices, not average. Additionally, they predict those deals to occur during "Black Friday Season" – in other words, between mid-November and a dealnews euphemism for mid-November to Cyber Monday. Dealnews editor Daniel de Grandpre explained to Home Media Magazine that "the Black Friday shopping experience is no longer a one-time event" and that the deals will extend "well into December." He also expected online deals to be "the best and easiest way to save."

As regards TVs, the smaller sizes (up to 42", and even 46") have already hit their pricing floors and can't be expected to drop much in price. Thus, 40"-42" 1080p LCD HDTVs may go for $399, and 46"-47" for $499. That's why Dealnews recommends shopping for "a budget 55-inch 1080p LCD TV," a product class where prices are down 25% from one year ago. The prediction is that late this year you will be able to find a name-brand 55" TV with a refresh rate of 120Hz or 240Hz, for $799.

An interesting note is that while deals for no-name TVs are more plentiful in Black Friday proper, those shopping for high-end, name-brand displays should bear in mind that the best deals for that product class historically crop up later, in December or even January

Wasn't being to specific on Universal Studio releases. Was particularly concerned about Room In Rome.
Well, in that case, then u should ask direct questions, like "Is Room In Rome region free?". Us normal folks can't read your mind.

Merantau is due Dec 28, 2010.

If I'm not mistaken its an indon martial art movie definitely not worth buying.

About a young man journey to town to prove his manhood. Encounter a prostitution ring while trying to save a girl. He is a bit lembek for a hero. Better stick with Donnie Yen or Jet Li for action flick.
In the end, the hero .............. brows.gif

For purchase it is only worth RM5 your hard earned money icon_rolleyes.gif

By the way, anybody getting this

I bet it looks nice inside the display cabinet especially for those who like to collect Academy Award Best Picture winner
