You could get it online and have them send it to you. I've got one. Got it for about 40 pounds.

I'm in the UK but I could give it a check and get back to you guys. 40 pounds is about RM 200 with the current exchange rate. It blocks the doorway so I don't use it that often. But I got myself the removable pullup bar. One of the best investments. Seriously. Get back to you guys soon.

The seller on ebay does not ship internationally but I'm not sure about this dude from amazon. I think he does. You could try inserting your address and see if they ship to Malaysia.

No problem. But it does get a little annoying at times since it blocks the entrance of the door. Also, you'll have to screw and unscrew it everyday which can be quite a hassle. That aside, it's a good long-lasting exercise kit to have around. =)
