I'm not sure myself as I've yet to see it myself but as far as I know The Edge reported it in their news portal. |

Kudos to you, I was a Maxis customer then MNP'ed to Celcom then finally to Digi. The only way we going to get fairer pricing is to play the populous game |

I don't think the iPhone 4's from Digi will launch today, should be the 24th according to that interesting photo they posted on FB.

@Feliex
If Digi doesn't want to release their plan now and decides to wait until closer to the launch date then its their choice. Why are you getting angry and upset? With Malaysian Wireless, its a blog so its up to the readers to use the information in the blog however they deem suitable. You can also choose not to read the blog. End of the day if it isn't direct from the horses mouth its not worth a single cent. |

QUOTE(chriscym @ Sep 22 2010, 08:08 PM) Why would a telco hold a main event for one of the most anticipated phones of the year at a BMW showroom? They might hold some sort of press event there (still doesn't make much sense) but I doubt it'll be a main event. |

Part Digi pricing is out (I think). It says from RM58/month and mentions 6PM today for the official pricing. And it mentions Quill Automobiles.
Also says its available nationwide at Digi outlets tomorrow (24th). Also something about exclusive surprises for iDigi customers which would be announced at 6PM. This post has been edited by CapKapak: Sep 23 2010, 01:01 PM |

QUOTE(xaw5126 @ Sep 23 2010, 02:14 PM) @kayweng why you waited so long? remember, new iPhones always come out end of June. I skipped all the iPhones and still contemplating if I should buy the 4, now that there is mention of the 5 with LTE/4G support. Problem being the iPhones so far has been released in Malaysia towards the end of Apple's rollout timeframe. By the time we get to officially buy it, its considered in mid-life cycle already. Its never ending!!@yvonnesoo true true... i skipped iPhone3G [S] ... so I can buy iPhone4 with no guilt This post has been edited by CapKapak: Sep 23 2010, 02:17 PM |

I love Digi's marketing. In their email flyer just sent out, it specifically states
"Available nationwide. Get yours hassle-free, without pre-registration". Good one, I'm glad This post has been edited by davidgary73: Sep 23 2010, 03:47 PM |

According to Chan Wern Shen (@wernshen) on Twitter, free calls to local networks. Otherwise all the same as the ones leaked earlier on.

Does anyone know the amount of penalty incurred if one would like to exit a iDigi contract part way through?
Is it RM300? This post has been edited by CapKapak: Sep 23 2010, 11:06 PM |

QUOTE(keenie @ Sep 23 2010, 11:27 PM) Hello, Thanks. Then it's as good as a 12 month contract and also a way to buy the phone outright.FYI, from what i've got from Digi CS, if u revoke the contract before 1yr, the penalty wud be RM400. But if u revoke the contract the next year, theres no penalty and no more rebate for yr plan. Thats what i've got, hope that help u up. =] Thanks. |

I bought mine at Solaris this arvo at around 3:30PM. Its still showing "No Service". Wanted to check with other forummers that signed up around the same time if theirs are working already with the new micro-sim.
Thanks. |

QUOTE(keith_hjinhoh @ Sep 24 2010, 08:31 PM) Done that also. I was on D'Chat with the CS and they said it takes between 24-48 hrs. I know its faster than that as I've changed SIM cards before. Last time I changed SIM cards it was almost instant, there and then. |
