@CyberTroop its a contract, so authorisation letter is not applicable.
@kelvin_faye the warranty is one year from date of purchase, and its not tied to the owner. the warranty card is nice to have, and usually that's the only proof that you have. I'm going to have to read thru the Digi contract, but usually, contracted phones cannot be re-sold to any third-party. that's why you're having this happen. as far as Digi is concerned, the phone is still your property, not your friends.

no need to charge 8 hours. just use normally. charge to full, charge in a cool area, don't leave it in a warm area, once a month, use till empty n recharge. again, if you can't understand that website, good luck using the iPhone4.
