QUOTE(cloudwan @ Jul 12 2010, 01:43 AM) Naise HAF922 case u got there Hmmm getting a better cooler helps eliminate the heat issue for ur cpu, software temp readings sometimes are not really accurate, like bro antonio said u need add a lil more as heat headroom also I really know that a 1055T can be push higher than what u getting coz i tested my friend's cpu just a few weeks ago.. To get to ur speed cpu volt around 1.3v is also enuff U may need to put some heatsinks on ur pwm's also just incase like what i did with my old Gigabyte MA770T-UD3P: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « mind to let me know how to put the heatsinks?? where to buy? Noob question, what is pwm??? Any good cooler recommend?? This post has been edited by kimurastanley: Jul 12 2010, 01:49 AM

QUOTE(InfiniteX @ Jul 12 2010, 12:43 PM) Kimu, I can 100% confirm it is the onboard GC holding back! i tested it with onboard GC and my system BSOD! Hi, i have sorted out my problem. So I tried again by setting my ram running at 1000MHz, and it works!!! I can run my CPU at 255MHz now, will try to push it higher later, running Prime 95 for bout 1 hour now and no problem. Last time system will crash after about 10 mins Thank you for all sifus for giving me advices

QUOTE(InfiniteX @ Jul 12 2010, 01:41 PM) now, are u using add-on GC or change cooling fan? still internal graphic, stock cooler, will buy later. i just change the FSB, CPU clock still 2800MHz as i lower down the multiplier as i only want to check the FSB than i can run

QUOTE(AMDAthlon @ Jul 12 2010, 02:06 PM) Thats it.. Still IGP still the one causing it..Becos RAM Clock are not suppose to run lower than it should.. Have you set it Manually instead of Auto(All settings)? Temperature really play part on systems.Last time my pwm no heatsinks bang play game sure restart(too hot ).. Now ok jor put heatsinks + lower the volt NB Volt..i dont know what to use it..i just keep it below 1.15V..Maybe it is useful for IGP overclocking perhaps? CPU-NB Vid is suggested <1.4V.. I tried 7600GS, but system still crashes when FSB increases.. Only by lowering down the Ram speed, then it wont crash.

QUOTE(cloudwan @ Jul 12 2010, 02:36 PM) What is ur NB speed? Have u tried keeping it as close to 2000mhz? If u oc the NB@CPU IMC did u try uping the cpu-nb volt to maybe 1.25v? Even tho not ocing ur ram have u tried setting its vdimm to maybe 1.65v? I notice that when we oc our cpu even tho we don't oc ur ram it helps if we supply extra volt to the ram to keep it stable.. NB speed i keep it close to 2000Mhz,i tried to set the Vdimm to 1.65v before but it failed too. I also increase the CPU-NB by +0.1-0.2V also crash.

QUOTE(cloudwan @ Jul 12 2010, 03:05 PM) Have u tried updating the bios? Last time when i was using my old Gigabyte certain bios rev does help oc.. ya, I have updated to latest bios. will try to increase Vdimm gradually at stock speed (1333MHz) and test the stability Added on July 12, 2010, 5:41 pmUpdate: I tried to adjust the timing of my Ram close to stock speed, at last my proc can adjusted more than 3500MHz after timing adjustment This post has been edited by kimurastanley: Jul 12 2010, 05:41 PM

QUOTE(cloudwan @ Jul 12 2010, 06:07 PM) What ram are u using btw? Regular Kingston KVR? When trying to see what's the highest HT@FSB ur mobo can go it is good to let the ram timings at a lax timing so that u can easily pinpoint the reasons of any instabilities My KVR with elpida chips so far i was able to take it to around 14xxmhz at a lax timing of 24-8-8-8, what timings are u running urs? Ya, kingston value ram.. now it runs at 22-8-8-8 stablely Added on July 12, 2010, 8:32 pmQUOTE(AMDAthlon @ Jul 12 2010, 06:08 PM) Thats why i told you you have to set all of it Manually as if set to Auto it just set like no one issue.. - - ya, true.. that solve my problem This post has been edited by kimurastanley: Jul 12 2010, 08:32 PM
