what is a diploma degree? a diploma is a diploma. a degree is a degree.

if do part time degree course with open uni is about rm4-5k a year only(can also pay in instalments). and can take ptptn loan. if she really wants to do it, no need to think so hard also can happen as long do all the necessary modules and coursework.
