I might not post here b4 but I'd been following this forum since July. I love how everyone is sharing their knowledge bout SG and proudly showing off their pride SG.

So I'm not comfortable with all this pickering and foul words using here. Could everyone pls get back to the objective of this forum being created....which is all bout caring for sugar glider.

At the end of the day, the ignorant call the knowledgeable stupid by not following the given advice. Then why, I wonder, did the ignorant ask for advice in the first place? I'm not happy with Snowguy's behavior either, but, guys, attacking him will not help the poor joey and as we can see, he believes that he has done no wrong, so let's focus on the matter at hand:

I agree with Emino. Snowguy, the joey is not BONDED with you, he's just dependent on you, because you took him away from his mother before he is ready! He probably climbs into your hand because you are warm, and since he is still young, he is attracted to warmth like how moths are attracted to light. You have to be careful with him and make sure that he is hydrated at all time - NOT just putting water in the cage and assuming that he will drink. Monitor him at all times! Good luck with your underaged joey.

even b4 you purchases your joeys seniors have already told u that you need to do more research and mb, MB you are not ready to keep them now.
However you went ahead and bought them joeys.. not one but two....

As you know, they might be underaged and needs special care.

Seniors have given you advice and also hope that some improvement will be made.

Nobody is actually personally attacking anyone.. and if you really wanna ask who started it, its actually you.

I want you to confirm these details:

Thunder and Lightning, what are their gender? If both are a single sex pair, then its okay. But if a couple?

Since you said you cant afford 2 3 feet cages and you're keeping them together, if they are a pair of males and females, they will surely breed. And when they do, what will happen? The whole family inside 1 tiny cage, where the offspring will eventually mate with one another and have many genetically flawed gliders bred?

If I'm not mistaken, you dont live in Klang valley, where you can neuter the gliders easily. So, please enlighten us on how you would handle that situation. By giving them sex education and condoms isit?

Snowguy, we are trying to HELP you, but you are being very childish.

Most of the people here on this thread are sugar glider LOVERS, not just OWNERS. Do you blame them for wanting potential/new owners to be responsible and try to guide beginners? Pardon them for being hostile, but please have an open mind. You wouldn't take to kindly to someone who is ignorant and yet arrogant, will you? The seniors may not be 100% right, but they do have alot of experience so you should listen for the good of your gliders.

If you are planning on breeding them, bear in mind that you will face lots of problems. Please make use of google and read every bit of information you can about keeping gliders and breeding (if that is your intention). Arm yourself with knowledge, otherwise, who knows what consequences you may face.

emino, if we ignore him, at the end of the day it's the gliders that will suffer, not him.

They still will suffer even if we does entertain him, since he wont f***in listen. He's f***in arrogant, cheapskate and stupid. There is no reason why we should bother with him anymore. It will just waste out time and effort when he later on post sap stories about it escaped, or died, or hes now have a new gf and putting them for 'adoption'.

I've added him to my ignore list. I suggest you all do the same.
