ING dropped to 8.66.

There is drastic drop recently. Any idea what's the reason?
Good time to enter?
*
Not sure about ING, perhaps related to European issues.

Anyway, market pulls back a bit at open but slowly bouncing back.. hanging around good support area @ SPX 1174-1178.

Look at LVS. I was hoping for more pull back for more buying but didn't even go below 49.50 yet tongue.gif
Perhaps building momentum to burst and stay above $51 laugh.gif

Update: 11pm
Darn.. both PMI and Consumer Confidence numbers are good.
We'll see the red sea slowing diminishing.. rolleyes.gif

I was hoping for more good buys. tongue.gif

Crazy LVS! Not that I'm unhappy but I was really hoping for much better pull back..
Looks like higher highs in the making. Broke above yesterday high already. laugh.gif

49.5 to 51 looking good for range play for now. nod.gif

I'm looking at the options market for the leverage play while we're in this range.

i opt to play out. LVS at current value reminds me of the same deja-vu when LVS was at 15-17$. Current price does not justify its value.
They made more buck per share back in 2007 at the same price. $50 today does not even value the same with $25 2 years back... ouch.. reality sucks.

Added on December 1, 2010, 12:37 amin for COMMODITY play.

URanium and Silver based only.

Look at your own baby DMC - HL.. from $5 to nearing $10.

Closing update: Last trading day of the month: November
Dow 11006 -46.47 -0.42%
Nasdaq 2498.23 -26.99 -1.07%
S&P500 1180.55 -7.21 -0.61%

Decided to sell LVS @ 50.65 during 2nd spike tonight.. pocket some money first. tongue.gif

But still holding one last batch of 200 shrs because of sold $55 DEC covered calls.
I don't think it will hit by Dec 17th but holding this just in case. Don't want to be caught with pants down. sweat.gif
But, if we do get there by, I'll be happy to let 'em go @ 55. biggrin.gif

I will buy the dip again (LVS) if we get another European scare in the next trading session.
Maybe the media will bring Portugal or Spain this time. brows.gif

Still continue to play this range (49'ish to near 51) until something else change.

Btw, look at BAC. Being shorted like crazy because of possible wikileak documents.
Really explosive stuff to come out soon. shakehead.gif

Oh Great!

Just after I've sold some LVS yesterday, it surged above 51 pre-market tonight. doh.gif
Can't win 'em all. laugh.gif

Looks like it may break out of range if we closed above 51 tonight.

Gotta to play the short game later. brows.gif

Tech only.. if this can chew through the supply side at 85, you'll most likely see a pop to 89.
Anyway, are you a trader or investor?

I do like VMWare. They got great technology (for server consolidation) and their business are growing.
Biggest competitor seems to be from Microsoft and Citrix. Perhaps one day Cisco may compete with them, now they're partner.

Closing update for Green Shoot Wednesday laugh.gif
Dow 11255.78 +249.76 +2.27%
Nasdaq 2549.43 +51.20 +2.05%

I probably disagree with this. IMO, there is no long term for this because of highly volatile and daily decay.
The non-leverage energy ETF like XLE better price target for $70-75.

I think Oil will peak around $90 by end of the year and we'll move back down again to $82-$85 again.
Energy services companies will follow.

Profit taking at last for LVS -2%, moving ahead of other stocks.
But, not enough pull back yet. Still above $50.

Hoping to buy the dip again at around 49.5

Update: 12am
Back in 49.60... close enough... putting a stop around 49.40.
