GLO Mall dying mall. Another SS2 Mall in the making?
One Utama just a couple of minutes away hence much expected but The Starling still doing OK.

Went to Super Tanker yesterday for dinner,
mall quite empty.. other than a place to shop for furniture lol
*
from the looks of it, this mall is just like SS2 mall.. very low tenant occupancy rate and almost close to ZERO footfall.. ohmy.gif

wow business must be that bad. what's the next worst performing mall in the damansara area. stranded is the worst then this then atria?
*
these "glo" photos were taken on last month before Ben's chaplap doh.gif

try to spot if there is any human in the photos..

I have not visit stranded so cant comment but definitely on par with glo (as per people's review).. and atria is definitely better than both of these graveyard mall..

Jaya Grocer and China lifestyle home living brand Samanea by LESSOHOME opening at Glo Mall in 1st half 2019. LessoHome will occupy 165000 sq feet.

let's see how long jaya grocer can survive in this mall.. hmm.gif

And.. the china furniture store is very ambitious in taking such HUGE space at glo mall.. will see if there is any human walking in this mall after they operate the biz..

Strand Mall and Glo Mall is in the same league in terms of foot traffic. BTW the only grocer  I believe called Sam Grocer recently went ko at Strand Mall after tahan for 3-5 years. cheers.

Atria mall still surviving but are being overshadowed by Starling Mall.

It just goes to show that just because you have money to develop these malls doesn't mean you can make it. They are bigger players with  larger wallets to capture your customer base.

Glo mall is almost close to sstwo mall level (gravevard mall with barely any human and tenants)

won't surprise Sams already closed at Strands since that mall also doom to fail ever since the opening..

Jaya Grocer will survive, just look at the branch at Damansara Perdana, they are extremely popular as a grocer. So many Jaya Grocers around this area.
*
many people still don't know the existence of this mall till today.. at most this jaya grocer store only able to serve residences nearby.

3 Damansara mall opposite the road have AEON Big + Oliver

Given a choice between 3 Damansara and Glo, would rather go to 3 Damansara for more choices of tenants, plus GSC which always have tickets blush.gif
