what are the diff build up? how much psf? how much increment per floor? how many floors? how much is maintenance? how is the density? how much is the booking? how much is the refund if withdraw? is there any discount? any furnishing? thanks |

 for rental, seems a lil hard to be cash flow positive. |

Among the worst performing condos in KL.
