Glomac Damansara is surrounded with so many other commercial and residential projects and also major neighborhoods, so even the price is 700 psqft range, I think it is still a good buy.

There is only few units with this obstruction, rest is having good views of either damansara kim, TTDI or the sprint highway. mine I selected the sprint highway view.

seems GD is selling pretty well.. I was at there sales office before the 2nd block launch.. that was already 600psft.

to me south is good, bright all day and no direct sunlight intrusion. that's why i say nice ma

I dont really understand why there is a lot of negative comments about Glomac Damansara. Just wait for few more years when the MRT will be completed then it is all good. Traffic nowadays are getting really bad and public transport is the key!

Looks awful to have one unit with the balcony closed up. It affects the beauty of the facade of the building. The developer should not allow this. Otherwise, upon VP, other units owners will do the same and the entire facade is going to look terrible.
