they got pretty nice stuff there

you change your windows explorer "explorerframe.dll(c:\windows\system32\...) with visual style explorer(included on ur visual style folder).
use this

im using visual style.
when you apply visual style, it'll also change your taskbar+theme
replace the explorerframe.dll(and dont forget to restart your pc or kill process then run explorer using task manager).
remember to backup the original.
