You have to do a lot for soundproofing to be effective. This will be expensive and add weight to your car increasing fuel consumption. Dismantling seats, body panels and dashboard may cause rattles and squeaks in future. In my opinion not worth it. Soundproofing is best done in the factory. If you want good NVH buy a better car.
