I wonder those companies that requires to do monthly billing will feel.. ie bank statements, telco bills, etc etc.

They have so many subscribers to send monthly invoice. Tiba tiba, their expense naik double...

Not tiba-tiba. The rates increase was announced a while back.

But not enough people complain.

So what happens if you send something at RM0.30 (old price) after 1st July? Will they send back / delivers it / buang?

They will deliver the letters but I guess they will say insufficient postage and the recipient would have to pay for the shortfall.

just checked the comparison rate parcel rate before and after 1st July, last time i send items between kelantan and sabah is about 17.2kg=RM72, new rate is 17.2=RM83.50.
