I wonder those companies that requires to do monthly billing will feel.. ie bank statements, telco bills, etc etc.

They have so many subscribers to send monthly invoice. Tiba tiba, their expense naik double...

So what happens if you send something at RM0.30 (old price) after 1st July? Will they send back / delivers it / buang?
