Own a Razer Goliathus speed. Work fine with my Krait and DA. But the only cons for the mousepad is the cloth surface easily get dirt.

since u know ur mousepad is cloth..i i did b4 is try u vacuum it..
act i think can wash it also..but don dare try to wash it..only try on my old usual cloth mousepad no prob

if u wanna try then must careful..the fabric above the speed mousepad can be dmged

fragged anoth no difren juz the design..anyway after i used hard mat like destructor..no longer using my old goliathus (personal preference also)
some body like soft some like hard

for bro sciencefreak

the mousepad is good enuf for usually usage
u only know when u get the actual product and feel the rubber in it
i think goliathus ofcos wil be more soft rubber and good grip on the desk prevent whole mouspad sliding on the desk

anyway..if tight budget and nvr expect too spend tat much on mouspad..it looks to be good enuf

yup..using on plain table is definitely kill ur mouse tefon feet
if mousepad is important for extra precision and hard mat is also better for speed of movement
when ur mouse stil new the teflon feet stil in good condition ofcos no issue
but after for rubbing the feet with rough table surface..the motion of mouse become more and more frictional

Imperator should glide very well on destructor INITIALLY, after some time, the teflon feet will die off due to the hard mat rough surface.

Order the teflon feet to replace might be too expensive since import from Razerzone. Other option is polish the feet with Steelseries glide dot (some kind of lubricant to make the feet smooth)

Contemplating to get a new mouse pad for casual gaming. Where can I test a variety of mouse pad, apart from PC fairs? Those PC fairs are like 3-4 months once.
*
Browsing unit for mouse pad is very very rare, ask any forumer stay near your house to let you have some look on their mouse mat is 1 of the way.
Usually the shop display the 1 or 2 mouse pad only to let customer to try the mice on it.
