everglide titan seems more rough than razer's...other pad such as corepad and other is recommended...but more pricey smile.gif

i personally like the dual-sided Razer eXactMat(tm) provides two distinct performance surfaces - SPEED for action/adventure and FPS games and high-sensitivity gamers; and CONTROL for RPG and RTS games and low-sensitivity gamers - on a non-slip, anti-reflective and abrasion-resistant anodized aluminum hard coat. Oversized and uniquely-shaped.

FuncSurface 1030, used for 4 years, still okay. Oh, paired with teflon feet MadDotz i think..one of my BEST purchases ever, no regretz! So you guys saying expensive mouse feet+pad are useless can eat ur words!

FUNC with no teflon will be eaten in less than 6 months, treat the FUNC with nothing but teflon and it feels quite new..cept for the morped vulcanized rubber..haha! Oh, dual surfaces too!

Added on May 1, 2007, 11:48 pmhowever, im no timplying the 1030 is the best, im sure they are better padz smile.gif i personally think 1030 is not the best, but it is certainly GOOD!

Nice advertising.

4) Advertising of personal sales is not allowed.

Still a phrase. "Personal Preference".

Still though, the best hard mouse surface I've ever used is the smooth side of my func 1030 archetype. Too bad I need more surface to move my mouse around so I switched to the Steelpad QCK+. It's very nice too.

lol, dimension 450mm x 400mm / 17.7 inches x 15.7 inches is way too huge for me... i'm using logitech MX510. does my mouse plastic feet will wear off when using aluminium surface?

---------------------------------

it seems that SteelPads Qck quite affordable. i'll recommend it to all my friends.

I have the same problem as you as well. Those pad out there seems to be too big and i do not need something as big. Was shocked when i received my Titan DKT. Should have gotten something smaller like the normal Everglide in the first place..lol..

Heard of steelseries as well but not sure where to find them though..

I'm currently using an exactmat.Mainly coz I like hard pads,it's Razer and it looks way cool (plus 2 surfaces is kinda nice I suppose).I know you're gonna argue steelpads and all look awesome, but srsly, the shape of exactmat is way cool plus I like how they left the borders silver. (and for those who say the shape is impractical, well, get a mouse with low lift-off and practice lifting off more often tongue.gif)
And yea,I expect the mouse feet to wear and all.The thing is,extra mouse feet for my DA comes frm hyperglide, anyone wanna do the bulk? tongue.gif

But seriously, there's still been no particular way of benchmarking a mousepad (lol) It's pretty much down to personal preference I believe.

Hey I'm interested in getting the CoolerMaster Xpad III for my G5.

Its aluminum, does it wear down the feet? What surface is best for feet preservation?

Currently using el-cheapo pad. tongue.gif
