Logout your Malaysia account, then at the bottom of iTunes, change your country - pick US. Search a free app/game, download it. Create a new acc will be prompted, put all details, fake one, different email address and US fake address, google it. Payment = none, and you're done.

There are 2 version of Mini Golf Wacky Worlds, the paid and the full free version. Same game, one is paid another one is completely free. The different is, they can pull the full free version anytime. Once they do that, you can't download it again. Glu doing these kind of marketing~
