QUOTE(rasyid @ Oct 19 2010, 12:21 AM) bought trainyard ... still playing it after 3 days .. played game developer story .. kinda hard to play .. then played robot unicorn along with the robot unicorn attack... kinda funny concept .. black pegasus only play 4 times edy pening to play.. Just tried Trainyard lite version, ok game with simple graphics... still doesn't attract me much on the graphics. I bought Robot Unicorn Attack Metal edition, I love the background music and simple gameplay so worth $.99 Dev story and Black Pegasus, will wait for $.99 lol

@samchong87 - Luck? That's my first time win iTunes GC anyway, yesterday and today. Only that.
If you looking for some good $.99 games to pick up, my short list for ya ($.99 sale for a limited time):
- ZombieSmash - Castle defense game, got lite version to try, the dev keep the updates coming - 7 Cities - Tower Defense game, no lite ver, have been free once, yup I got it free last time - Rogue Planet - a game by Gameloft, turn-based strategy, try the lite ver - Knight's Rush - real lite ver recently available, Knight's Rush Lite. Published by Chillingo - Pro Zombie Soccer - try lite version. Published by Chillingo - Bejeweled 2 + Blitz, Chuzzle and Peggle by PopCap, last day sale is tomorrow Oct 20th
- Highborn - the price stick at $.99 so anytime can grab, must have game for turn-based fans
ps: I bought all the games except ZombieSmash, 7 Cities and Rogue Planet which I got it for free. Highly recommended for casual gamers, worth $.99

@tzxsean - that thisorthat contest is krazy spamming twitter timeline. I'll avoid any contest that using twitter as a spam machine, 1-2 tweet contest is acceptable.

The first Samurai hardly will be free again - probably next year, also will doubt it will went free on the 2nd game launch. Some old forumer have join the party last time, 2009 AppVent including me! AppVent Calendar 09 thread - every day 1 paid game went free, the earliest event before FAAD. This post has been edited by korn: Oct 19 2010, 08:44 PM

After lurking around, the dev/mastermind behind AppVent 2009 is blacksmith games, dev of Plushed and Boostball. I wonder why they didn't continue it, faad taking over after that and having a huge success. BTW - That was the first time Samurai: Way of Warrior went free, on AppVent 2009 This post has been edited by korn: Oct 19 2010, 09:06 PM
