I PM her and asked her if her bb ori.. She guarantee her bb ori. So i orderd 3 hotpink 4 VIP Gold.

On the 10 Jun i bankin to her:

17th June i recieved the parcel - Sender Mr Lim/ Tel No 017 7505011
-7bottles hotpink( 4 hotpink 3 VIP Gold) She mistaken my order. So she promise me to send the VIP Gold .

18 Jun I recieved sender : WENDY  Fon no: 017-7236667..
- I recieved 1 bottle VIP Gold.

- I found 1unit of the Hotpink and 1unit of the VIP Gold creams spill out from the bottle and bursting out from the pump.. i noticed 2units of the VIP Gold cream also starting to have the problems as in the pic i've taken. 3units of the Hotpink weight seem very light even my sister and friends notice the difference. The smell also very odd, unpleasant and very different from the original bb cream..

So i sms to her no 010 2160098 & 016 3591768, telling her the problems and ask her if her BB Cream really ORIGINAL?.. She said " Dun worry,its Ori"... She even blame poslaju for the bb dat spoilt, but i wonder,i bought so many bb from other seller before and handle by poslaju but no problems like this... Why her bb got so many problems? Iam not the only buyer got problems buying bb cream from her. I ask her to refund or change the BB with original bb with no problems/defects... She still claim her bb ori. She said doest mean her bb cheap and spoilt then its FAKE/NOT ORI. But im not talking about the cheapness of her bb creams making its FAKE. The main point is dat im having problems with all tbe bb creams.. She dont want to refund but willing to replace. She ask me to send back the spoilt bb creams. But since her bb cream fake, what is the point asking me to send back and replace with new fake bb cream.. .

When i demand for REFUND she ask me to call her supplier 017 7505011. I ask her who is her supplier? Wondering why got two different sender Mr Lim and Wendy. She said Wendy her agent, Mr Lim the Boss. I wonder why different name/person but the number belong to the same person... Refer link below:

joybutterable, the Gold Label/ Hot Pink with website printed on the BOX Flap i think is possible IF the manufacture date is 2008-beginning of 2009. I remembered before I started my business selling SKIN79, i bought a Hot Pink from a seller (I couldn't recalled who) with the website printed on the box flap also. (that time was either 2008/ end of 2008).

That means, if those lollipox sent out are 2010 manufactured stocks, then it's for sure SHOULDN't got the website printed on the box flap, don't even say behind the box.

For your reference, I have Gold Label 2009 November, 12th manufactured stocks with me too. Confirmed no website printed on both box flap/behind box.

So what is the batch of manufacture date you guys got from her ya?

As you can see my Hot Pink stocks are also 2010/04/29, just later than yours a few days...Takkan the manufacturing factory released my stocks with no website printed, but yours with website... just a few days of difference. hmmm.... hmm.gif

lollipopx...aikss....geram that liar supplier...we sellers here also wanna do some simple sales...but they so mean to cheat on us...what's wrong with them!!! Nvm, lollipopx, nextime be alerted during purchasing, and curse those cheapskate!! >,<

joybutterable, aaarrgh, this Wendy...she really never mentioned the masks are defected/rejected stocks so caused the LOW price on her thread.
Then she dare to told you "you didn't ask her" when you claimed that her stocks are not authentic after you received. >,<
Let's see how she is going to give an answer the that buyer.

No matter seller/ buyer here, we must really be careful..those bad-hearted suppliers/sellers really becoming more and more brave..=(

As a cosmetic seller, frankly, be a seller is not with that way. Although I'm not the most experience seller here in LYN, but at least you know the moral values well when doing business with people.

If you are very sure your stocks are real, and as you promised on your thread last time, i remembered you promised to show your buyers the EMS receipt from Korea, right? So where is the receipt?

Secondly, why those buyers not begging refund from wendy???? Easy, Because they were not buying from Wendy. They bought from you, lollipox, here, in LYN. Don't ever ask your clients to approach your whoever supplier, because You are the seller, not them.

Then, it is your responsibility too to ensure whether the stocks you took are authentic. It's your job to check every single features/logo/wordings/EVERYTHING of your stocks once you got it from your supplier EVEN you know this supplier is trustable.
But your condition there was, you never see the stocks, you never own the stocks, you only take orders, then your suppliers pack and post out to your clients. Then why you were telling your clients your stocks are Authentic since you NEVER checked before? This is for sure your bloody fault. No excuse, No blaming.
You remembered in this thread, your previous post, you were saying that you found out Wendy's stocks are fake?
But now you are blaming your buyers accusing you about the fake products. This is really funny. And I am confused too reading posts here, few days ago you apologized saying your stocks are fake. Today you are saying all buyers are accusing you about the authenticity.

If SKIN79 really has so many different packagings over different countries, how come your stocks from Korea, and we all sellers here also take stocks from Korea, why is it we are having the different patterns of stocks compare to yours?
Why same manufacturing batch of stocks from Korea of yours and other sellers in LYN will have differences? This is impossible. To change a packaging is not in 1-2days matter.

Do business of course NO REFUND. But this is only applicable to REAL BUSINESS. HONEST BUSINESS.
If the stocks is authentic, have no problem, then of course you shouldn't refund.
But now they are not. You yourself already claimed that the stocks are fake.

The best way to solve:
To those your buyers who want a refund, you must refund to them.
To those who are willing to trust you again, and accept your replacement, then you replace.
You will never have the right to force your buyer to accept your replacement. SINCE your fault at the first.
You have to bear the lost (if you have to.) You have to see this as lesson. (if you are really cheated by Wendy)

There're no free lunch in this world. Did a mistake, accept the lesson and learn from it.
