loft or zen suite is all depend on your requirement. eg single , young couple , big family???? SOHO is a plus for those who want to set up small office and no need to travel and u can do all shopping downstair , no need to own a car or lesser car maintenance costs eg service, petrol etc
some may think to rent a car if needed to travel far or drive few days in a row.
pls take note loft is bigger BU thus need higher monthly maintenance fee >2x but u can enjoy the same facilities. 33 cents now? this can increase in near future eg 10-15 yrs time if all the costs increased..(if msia become hi income country etc), imagine u need to pay 400 i/o 200 evrey month...

if i not wrong, zetapark is first soho in setapak
i dun think ppl will rent my unit for soho business
coz setapak ppl edu level no high like subang n damansara
subang n damansara soho hav market
but here i wonder no market
