No such thing as the additional car park will add into the maintenance fees yet.
For newer condo / service apartment, yes car park will be calculated as your accumulative share parcel. But not for older ones yet. Some JMB will try to add in to be fair to all owners, but not all doing all implement such calculation yet.

230 not incl sinking fund , have to add 10% more. foresee jmc will increase fee in next agm as it is impossible to maintain at this old rate.

car park will be include in maintenance fee once developer submit their strata title to PTG. jmc just need cob validation n charge base on share unit, heard developer will submit plan soon.
