How come I see every property website it says Land Title = Residential? That means utility bills won't be following commercial rates?

It is heard that SOHO owners can get their keys this month, ZenSuites on April, The loft Phase 3 on September.

So much cost cutting is evident. No roof design as seen in brochure, cheap recessed lights on corridor, cheaper water closet, no protruding slab, 4 grid windows become 3, aircond hung uglily in balcony.

Railings will be painted dark brown soon.

The Loft type E owners will be getting cassette type air-cond instead of wall split type in the living room.

Bad news is that interior wall is in YELLOW color, whoever brought up this idea should be fired on sight.
