It's too near to the main road.

I think once the Festival Mall completed, sure causing jam at jln genting klang and danau kota junction.

ITS A GOOD PROJECT...SURE WILL BRING HIGHER PRICES SINCE KAMPUNG BARU DEVELOPMENT HAS NO FURTHER NEWS YET...BUT INVESTORS WONT STOP INVESTING

dun depend on the picture...go to the mall and see the view...its actually a water pond for flood prevention..

Hi Guyz, need to find replacement puchaser for my booked unit C-07-03 (SOHO phase 2) details are the following:

Selling price : RM352,800
Size : 618 sq feet
Discount : 10%
After discount: RM317,5200
Freebies : 1)Free Legal Fees for Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA)
2)Free Legal Fees for Loan Agreement
3)Free 1 car park
4)Designer plaster ceiling with downlight
5)Free split unit air-conditioning
6)Kithcen cabinet, electic hobs and kitchen exhaust hob
7)Bathroom include rain shower, hand shower, sunken bath and counter top built-in-cabinet

Basically the unit are partly furnish and are ready for occupant upon completion.

Reason to let go is interested in another property at another area, and needed to get back the booking fees RM5K ASAP.
