Sigh.. Recently my dreams all dream quite strange things. Yesterday night I had a dream where there was this girl, who I couldn't remember who or how she looked like, leaning on me, then her head went on my shoulders, and I ... uhm.. with my fingers like 'comb' the hair. WTF. Come to think of it, the feeling felt so real . I feel scared now .

How many times / day u have the same dreams? Everytime also do the same thing in the dreams?

Sigh I dunno. I can't remember the rest since I didn't take much notice, but this one is kinda scary. I do recall my other dreams similar to this one as well .

Heibai... i have ask TDUEnthusiast listen to "Dabeizhou" till he fall in sleep during he sleeping times, is that can help him?

. I read the first thread and couldn't fall asleep last time . Once you start reading all these things you keep thinking .

Yes... why because when someone ready to sleep, then in calm and silent situations and listening Dabeizhou, then his own soul may listen to and during the time he fall into sleep, wont have any nightmare or evil spirit may disturb it...

Its better to listening to the sutra than self recite it.. cause some sutra word is hard to understand and pronounce it... So, when listening, our heart also may follow to recite it....

If not a nightmare, then its doesn't mind and also maybe the spirit want to leave a msg thru dreams... If dream bout nightmare everynight, then its a sign that encounter with spirit..
