Investment Kepong Sentral Condo, Please gv suggestion

wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh rm240K is toooo xpensive. the current price is only rm190K according to the major banks. nothing outstanding also.

I managed to get loan 216K ( Rm240 x90%)  for all 4 units.

& that was Dec 2011 leah?

Where did you get the info ah? & the value of the condo have go up leah. According to one agent la.

I just check the iproperty. seem like some increase in value ah

which agent will tell you the property wont go up ? you tell me...agents are the ones that make the market of property go worst.

The value from oct 11, Nov drop, Dec drop and up again from Jan to April. ( Maybe you can do the same with May 2012 later to double check with my wife computation)

this place like not worth to buy also....how much is the monthly maintenance ?

dont think this project is habis sold out lah by developer. developer words one word also kenot trust one. i still remember until last month they still set up a store in KL Sentral to sell units.

actually many says that KTM is one of it's selling point for this condo, does anyone used KTM before ? i mean NOT LRT, but KTM....do you ? as a buyer, I wont even think that having KTM as a selling point. OMG, even after having those new and "longer" coaches, the service is still the same, maybe "little" more better....

a lot of people when buy property just main hemtam only, later their units kena lelong, i just dont understand why people are being so silly.

More and more people have no choice. with heavy traffic, price petrol up up, property up up, tol every where, parking up up and more things up when the govt sales tax started. Just take a ride with KTM to Mid Valley the next time you go. Don't drive. You will see many people are using KTM actually. So "does anyone used KTM before ? " Actually more and more people using KTM la.

As all my investment is less than 1 km from KTM station and mostly invest in medium cost aprtment. I have done lots of study before buying each one. Example some newspaper  April 2010/ April 2011 & April 2012 to show you how details my study cover.

im afraid if change to opposition, the property price will continue to rise. Just like what happen to Penang...it is indeed scary.

im even more worry when you say like that.....gaji is not determine by opposition(you think all companies will not run away if the opposition come out with a new policy on this ?). I think there's a danger in opposition.
