if got access card system. the easiest way is to bar the card. defaulters will not be able to get to their home. then again must also make sure the security personal strictly perform their duty. if not sure got back ways to go around the system also.

With upcoming confirm MRT2 station that interchange with KTM. At this price should be the cheapest walkable to MRT2 station medium cost apartment standard.
