Anyways, Thanks for the advice. I did rest for couple of days. God, When i lay down on my bed, I can feel my legs again lol. Yea maybe the hours i put in is too much for my stage.

I know is out of the topic but I used to training shooting everyday and i don't really see any improvement.

Is it because different height of the rims from other courts? or I was hoping the results too soon. icon_question.gif

Humm... buddy do u get enough sleep at night (normal sleeping hour for 8 hours). I was a martial artist before, yeah those low stands give me quite a tough time in the morning. As long as it is not those muscle tearing sharp pain, u should be doing alright, eat more protein for recovery. smile.gif

this really isnt supposed in this section of the forums, lol. but anyways. shooting form is the same as any other sports, ie golf, archery. repetition of movement. if you can get your form right, and keep that form and timing every time you make a shot, it'll improve. it's just a matter of adjusting your strength if the rim is of different height. a shooter cant complain about not being able to score just because the rim isnt at the height you're used at smile.gif
