my suggestion:
1. 54mm piston and block set. >>on the way
2. 24mm uma racing carburetor >>on the way
3. custom EX5 cam >>on the way
4. custom exhaust manifold (Done)
5. 14-35 sprocket size 415. (consider on next time changing)
6. NGK G-power spark plug (Done)
7. Racing ignition coil >>on the way
8. Spark plug booster (stromberg) (Done)
no need to change CDI, original is good enough.
you can change item 6, 7 and 8 first.
next up will be custom EX5 camshaft and manifold.
Item 1 and 2 need to change in one shot to get good matching. change one by one very weird one the feeling.
These mods are good for mid range torque (which is important for hill climb), top end power (for drag use) i put it aside.
i wonder.. if my this fren's shop in bukit mertajam.. the BM POWER shop still got open until now.... i can guarantee u... u'll be satisfied.. i think the performance on their ex5 is much much more 'monster' than apek wan bike 2 to 3 times.. this is no joke.. he can go on par with my fren's rgv.. in terms of accel and mid range power..it totally kills my fren's rgv.. even tho his rgv mod at that same shop.. he pull throttle.. his bike can willy already.. in 1st gear lo.. his sprocket size is around 30 or smaller if i not wrong.. also got givi box behind.. the ex5 i mean..
it kills my lc already...the last time we went together to '9 gods' wan last day of sending.. to the end of batu kawan.. that night.. in just around 3 hrs.. i've spent completely my fuel tank oil.. just to catch up with their ex5 and also ex5 class.. my bike is the worse there.. my fren's rgv manage to catch up.. my bike got sucked up..
