Some batches of HD2 has mainboard problem or perhaps instability problem. Do NOT installing any rom for HD2 international version. To be safe try various official rom from T-Mobile here, the latest one is 3.14. avoid the MFG version. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=655653or you can download from t mobile website using your imei code btw once unlocked it will stay unlocked. confirm by; http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=668115where u bought it anyway QUOTE(pejakb @ Nov 1 2010, 03:06 PM) Thanks for ur reply.i have some question related to ur suggestion. if doing hard reset, is the phone will locked again?and i have to unlock it again?my phone is Tmobile. i bought it and unlocked it to use it in Malaysia. if the motherboard is the problem, how much is the cost to fix it?and where should i fix it? I read some (XDA forum) mention that hi drain (1500mah) battery only good for standbye or less use, but when real live usage original (1230mah) battery offer longer uses than the hi capacity one, Im not sure how reliability this review was QUOTE(booooster @ Nov 23 2010, 07:14 AM) but doesn't have a 4.3in power hungry screen ! and tp2 has higher capacity 1500mAh about 20% more of HD2s 1230mAh battery

U forget HD2 was mean for Winmo, but its now running Android, Ubuntu, Meego and now WP7 rom and its capable more than HD7 iphone4 does Its not a matter of the screen and top notch harware techies, but the most imporant the OS reliabilty, and versatility as HD2... QUOTE(hanissyazwan @ Jan 14 2011, 03:31 AM) BUT AT Least hd7 got a better screen then hd2. i own ip4 and im think hd7 screen is just 9/10 while ip4 is 10/10 hd2 i rate as 6/10 only
