hang intermittent. unable to boot into the system its just hang at HTC screen.

yeap, they will swap your earlier S/N & IMEI number and replace it with a new S/N & IMEI. nothing to worry bout all records it in their database i think,
just make sure you have keep all the original invoice and the warranty service job report. |

antiglare will make your WVGA screen look alot like QVGA screen which is not so sharp or crystal clear.
