Its another story if you buy it yourself. You can fool the thing by using the US trick and purchasing it. THe thing is that your steam account will be locked and your credit card will be bared for a while. Some concern bank will call you , saying that your credit card has been blocked for a while as request by vendor on illegal purchase or some shit. Just say you're aware of it and you'll contact the vendor. Just send a nice support ticket and they'll unbar your account and credit card or just wait.
