while I'm at it, can I also ask regarding mygamercard, i am a bit confuse with it...
before creating an id i already played a few games, but will all the games I have played be updated on that id?

if no, then how to i get games played and achievements unlocked to be recorded into the id?
must i log in to xbox live and play my games and only then will it get updated?

You really just link your Xbox Live gamertag onto it and it will just show it all.

so for my games to be displayed in the gamertag, i have to log on to xbox live and play the game for it to be captured?

if I don't connect to xbox live and play any game it won;t be captured?
anyway to link the offline username to the one uesd in xbox live so that the games played can be captured?

basically for that to work u have to connect to Live! play game on it. if you play offline, the next moment you connect on Live! it would also auto update.

You need to create an online xbox profile before you can upload achievements. Your offline achievements cannot be transferred to an online xbox profile. therefore they will not get uploaded to any 3rd party achievement tracking site like mygamercard.
