Ahem... putting Minecraft aside, I believe you're a little indecisive with all the options presented to you in the Steam Team Fortress 2 page as displayed below.


These are actually the various game combinations that are available for Team Fortress 2 in Steam, specially packaged for those who might be interested in a few games at a slightly lower price. If you're only interested in Team Fortress 2, then you can just ignore these packages.

For example, Team Fortress Complete comes along with the Team Fortress Classic & Team Fortress 2. If you purchase them individually ($4.99 for Team Fortress Classic & 19.99 for Team Fortress 2), you will be charged $24.98 but if you take this package instead, you'll save $2.49 USD. However, if you were to ask me, Team Fortress Classic is more or less dead & you'll have a hard time looking for servers with acceptable latency.

The other packages work the same way as explained above. Since I'm not sure if you're only interested in Team Fortress 2 alone or some other related packages, perhaps you might want to reply my PM & I'll get back to you ASAP.

Well, it seems like my Tal' buddy good sales lately eih? Previously y'all can check the buying list, I bought quite a volume of games from him, I buy few copies of the same game everytime. Yes, I frequently come back to him for more sales.
