youku is not working here de, when u go to the HiTV, find the source, then play use PPTV (normal the video source in youku is same in pptv de)..

I bought the Q4 from you at Digital Mall last time. Since a few months ago, all the streaming apps like PPS either very slow already, or half the time, it will just say "Network Error" and cannot stream.

Do I have to update firmware, or the apps are blocked?

also better use fan, dnt make the device too hot, (coz if the device overheat will make it not normal working de)
