Hi, can you recommend me a player that can play HDMI videos, support most format videos (avi, mkv, mp4, etc.) stored in USB as well as stream all the HK dramas?

Bro, I'm choosing between the NOONTEC V7II and PHILIPS HMP 3000 for my parents so they can watch the old movies and dramas I download for them, as well as listen to oldies. Which would you recommend? PM me best price for both items please.
