Hi, I purchase the HD900A few months ago from you but the player having small restart problem recently. The problem is when i using the remote to do some function such as stop playing movie, change from the movie to HiTV & etc the player will restart and hang before it go to the main menu.

I had tried to update the firmware but still same problem happen.

The problem is not happen every time i use the player but it do happen almost 2-3 times a week....

What should i do now, any recommendation?

Just bought a 600A from you today. I tried to create a shortcut of a NFS shared folder but nothing appears in the folder. Just blank.

But if use Autoscan function, folders shows up but files cannot be played.

Same settings and server being used on my current Dune HD and it's perfect. even streaming BD ISO.

Please advise.

BTW: using wifi on both DUne and 600a

maybe u missed some characters such as ":" or "\" in the shortcuts you created?

I am using NFS shares that I manually created on my HD600A and there is certainly no problem with it accessing files on my NFS shares.

Some information for the Xtreamer Prodigy (Black Version) product who intent to buy or already purchased.

This is among the best machine I ever had, but the Xtreamer Prodigy firmware still have n issue, it mean that some application have bugs, such as time cannot be configured correctly to the respective region due to firmware bug and DVB-T module.

but the measure has been taken by FW developer to rectified all releated problem in the next firmware release. just wait.

himedia hd600 use realtek 1185 chipset, hd900 use realtek 1186 chipset, different is hd900 support 3d n android...

for streaming will be same de.. (600b can put 3.5 or 2.5 inch internal hdd inside de, 900a use external hdd only)

please give some pointers Bro:- planning to get one media player. wanting to get a beginner set before paying for a more serious ones.

i was looking at AC Ryan essentials.....how does the price fair if compared to other brands ur selling. Simple enough, i think it cost more compared to others but does it worth the warranty period?

suggest u take realtek 1185 chipst its better than 1055 chip de, like around rm200-rm300 can take himedia hd600f or hd600a (wifi), these model each month i can selling more than 100 units n very very few warranty back (normally himedia player i can give u 1 to 1 exchange de)...

ac ryan essential is good but not worth to spend this price de.. (but if u want we also got stock available de)

yes got online channels, sumthing like PPTV...., can use lan cable plug directly de, wifi adapter is rm45
