Hi, I purchase the HD900A few months ago from you but the player having small restart problem recently. The problem is when i using the remote to do some function such as stop playing movie, change from the movie to HiTV & etc the player will restart and hang before it go to the main menu.

I had tried to update the firmware but still same problem happen.

The problem is not happen every time i use the player but it do happen almost 2-3 times a week....

What should i do now, any recommendation?
