now q5ii only can support youtube 5.0.12 version (u can ask our staff install for u or just download from pc de),the version inside playstore is not compatible de, also u can directly use browser or use xbmc addon de

the player can support internal hdd max 3tb

the player only can identify sata NFS format HDD de, if u use pc format still can not, u can bring there ask them use media player format for u de, no nid use any software , if ok player will auto show de

for 180g hdd i think is few years before product de, maybe not compatible also possible de, u can bring ur player to our pj place test 1st, there have 1tb , 2tb internal hdd can try de

main different between H7 n H8 is firmware, H7 is selling in China market n H8 for oversea de, not sure H7 firmware izzit working on H8, (u can try flash, still cover warranty de), but even the chinese firmware can work, mango Tv still is not able to watch leh, other apps will be no problem for both model de

u try izzit all format like this, if all like this then may is motherboard issue de, if just rmvb then may is sum new format to support well ady de, (u try reset the player see how 1st)
