HI I have purchased the Gen3 Unblock, and having problems, i have PM you numerous times without reply.
1. The android box is not outputting audio via the HDMI cable, i have switched cables. same cables work with my other devices
2. The UBTV (channels) is not working since the day i have purchased the box. this is the main reason i selected this box.
I would appreciate a reply to the problems i am facing. Been having this problems for more than a week, without reply to it.

1) Which app is not outputting audio when you're using? Or there is no outputting audio for all apps when you're using? Please check the sound setting of the volume, it doesn't related to cable issue. If there is cable issue, there will be no audio and video.
2) We check the UBTV works before we sent out to you. it is not working on certain channel or all the channel? Please check your internet connection stability (Preferable LAN) If really still not working, kindly uninstall the app and reinstall again in the apps market.
