Hi, I'm a new student ,and I have a question about UTM registration fees. How much do I need to pay for the registration since I got the "Anugerah Pelajar Cemerlang" award? Mechanical engineering student. In the offer letter it state that I need to pay RM2199, so do I have to pay RM2199 or RM1499.
