and yes, there are a few convenience stores in campus (some specializing on middle-eastern products). aeon (jusco) is about 5 minutes drive from campus in taman u, which also home to a whole bunch of businesses (about 7 minutes from campus).

u mean u want to commute there daily? dont laaa, later sakit belakang. better stay on campus, coz there are lots of things to do like get references from the library, group works, assignments and stuff like that.

but if it's a one time thing, get on the express bus, go to larkin and then get a bus to taman universiti. or you could just take a taxi from larkin straight to UTM (about RM25-30). good option if you got lotsa luggage.
