Skudai, Dec 10th: A group of UTM 5th year architecture students won a boot camp style competition among Asia Pacific universities in the subcategory of Architecture, Engineering and Construction under the Innovation and Design category.

The competition, APAC Panorama 2010, Autodesk Design Challenge is a contest specially designed for design enthusiasts to test their skills and creative mettle against fellow peers, based on a "Change The World" theme and under two competitive phases/categories — national, or Asia-Pacific wide.

It focuses in creative content technology among young and talented undergraduates across participating countries like China, India, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand.

The UTM students, namely Chong Wan Hui, Safraa Nur Jannah Abdul Jabar and Mohamad Hanif Othman competed against fellow students from prominent Asia Pacific universities such as the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Sungkyunkwan University, Singapore Polytechnic and City University of Hong Kong with their project entitled ‘A Green Hub’.

They brought home USD 1200 plus an Autodesk Education Master Suite Software, certificates and a trophy as part of their success.

i've been surveying the part time courses at UTM KL, but there are no fee structure in any of the websites for the KL Campus.

Can anyone help me n explain the fee for every sem/total fee for the whole course in UTM KL..

last week my lecturer said she want to add another 1 hour of class, which mean we will have 4 hours a week for 3 credits subject. my problems came when in 1st week ago, she merged our 2 classes became 1 for 2 hours of learning. i have to skipped another subject during the early hour of the merged class. then we lucky because the clash class during the 1st hour has been moved to another time. so we managed to get into the class for 2 hours. (prob solved)

but then again, she want to add another 1 hour in a week and i clash again with that time. there is no more room for us to add another hour because the class contains 1st year + 2nd year + repeat paper. i cant change to another section because all the classes were clashed with my classes.

so, is there any solution for this type of matter? do we have any right on this?

wow that nice.here in gmi class start from 7.45 to 6.00 almost everyday.need to wear uniform everyday and we look like factory workers.2400 student using only 3 lift.poor adminstration.expensive fee.

utmkl in the best or i should say kl is the best place to study, haha.. skudai really boring, the whole johor is boring. 3 years in umtkl, i really appreciate every single minutes being there. class start at 4pm, 1pm still can go lepak around klcc

the most annoying about f*ck guard when they do the lame roadblock every monday,f*ck i late for the class thanks to those police wannabe.
