^since we're on the subject, could it also be possible to allocate more parking spaces? seeing that the campus bus is rather unreliable and that students would often rely on their own transports instead.

actually i don't think students mind taking the buses if it's more efficient and has better coverage. the fact that it doesn't, forces students to take their own transport instead.

though i wasn't so affected by it, since i stayed outside during my final year

dey augus, not sure if high rise building is a good solution neither. if they can't provide sufficient parking spots, problem will still arise when students can't find parking D:

oh no wor, my time was ok actually. terms are still in English. but sometimes the lecturer will use BM to explain, no problem for me, i bilingual also can.

actually i think, after they intro the A+, it was waaaayy easier to get A.

ya the A+ makes getting A sooooo much easier. Before that, getting even 45/50 carry marks doesn't guarantee an A.

but after A+. lol get 40/50 carry mark like sure get A liao hahahhaha

erm i do feel while i was at UTM Skudai, the facilities are lacking.
On FKE's equipments, let's start with the classrooms. They are mostly old, chairs are old too. Sometimes finding an operating projector is a problem.

Onto the lab equipments, most of the power equipments are old, some >15 years old. Well when UTM announced it to be Premier University in Technology, some of us feel it's quite a joke. In fact, the curriculum (in FKE's materials) are very outdated. Nobody uses BJT or JFET anymore, yet most if not all of our studies are based on them (some of the lecturers addressed this, and also addressed by the courses' auditors), but i not sure if anything have been done.

Wireless however, safe to say in the fac it's still very good. Even in CICT it's rather reliable as i recall. I suppose it shud be the same in the hostel, if it wasn't for some selfish ppl who hogs it all for downloads

Broadband connectivity, i think it's same like wireless. In the beginning it was very good, i was using DiGi EDGE and it was very stable and fast. Alas i guess the servers are unable to cater for the high load on uni users (none of UTM's fault of cos).

but i think in the i think 2009 or so, they've started renovation work and repainting. hah at least FKE looks new instead of some worn-down place.

Lecturer-wise, there are some good and some bad of course
