Want to earn money, have to work hard loh, have to read up and put up some effort lah. If just simply ask, who want to help you? Even of someone suggest here, and you do not do your due diligence, you will end up probably lose money instead of earning.

apartments prices have been moving up a lot, a lot of the new buys dont make sense from an investment perspective.

how much is your budget?
in the past, it is always condo for rental yield, landed for capital appreciation. but looking at the condo price rise these few years I am not so sure anymore.
though if you are buying new launch, doubt there will be too much room for capital appreciation anymore.
