ahpingko : i use small aperture F/11 and external flash , get to shoot 3 times than the fly ran away pening2 laugh.gif
i dun think compability is the problem. u kena try on other bodies , cari kawan wiv alphas.. but try check first if you look thru viewfinder at near 280mm and 300mm and compare with shot taken at both. get the same wideness/angle/sama view or not...

braindead_fr3ak : congrats rclxms.gif . tak maw buy the 16mm + FE?? whistling.gif

Kul | Mo0 : spam some pics for urs la. baru terasa poison laugh.gif

Albert, I wanted Hoya HD or B+W XS-Pro for my pancake but elek. Looked everywhere.  Best I could buy was the Zeiss.

No, the pancake wont fit over the filter. Hafta remove filter to fit fish

That Zeiss 135 is gonna b superb for portraits on the NEX. Must pinjam me at next TT.

u mean Hoya HD or B+W XS Pro better than Zeiss hmm.gif
the quality or heavy duty ??

haha uncle ianho wait if ada adapter mount E to his big white whistling.gif
i wanna see how the NEX + sigmalux looks like, but CZ135mm to NEX5 alredy look big enuff sweat.gif

Lousy advice u giving la.  tongue.gif  tongue.gif  tongue.gif

For me, everytime I buy new camera, 1st thing I do is tell the salesman to take out the battery n charger n start charging it while I check the camera, check everything is in the box, read read the manual a bit, tokoksingsong with the salesman, pay the bill n wait for him to issue receipt n chop the warranty card. All that usually takes at least 30 minutes n that 30 minutes is enough to charge up the battery just enough to play for a few hours until I get home.  I MUST play with teh camera the minute I walk out of the shop or else I will mengamuk!  laugh.gif

good advice thanks thumbup.gif

8tvt : IMHO after using film camera, i appreciate more of the film . rather than snap & delete , using film makes you think more of your composition, settings, lighting and all. my first roll using blackbird fly(BBF) was all p&s, luckily use ISO 400 film most pic not underexposed but some are overexposed. Now when take pic i usually see thru my alpha first use the setting of the film ISO and BBF aperture and shutter (F/7.0 or F/11.0 and 1/125s) , then snap2 abit use alpha if get good pic only snap use BBF.

its not culture shock for them to use digital camera's, but film are more challenging. If they can master photography using film camera, digital takda hal lah laugh.gif .Also i read before film produce better dynamic range.

U all poison me want get Nex5 , by the way which lens should i go? Pancake or kit
*
NEX5 + pancake + FE + adapter E-A mount + 1855 + Carl Zeiss 49mm filter + hard screen protector whistling.gif

Ah hao : better if get higher class ones, later u might need if wan do longer burst. also yes the adapter slows the memory card down. i dunno about the micro sd, but im using the CF to MS converter, even my slow 2fps a350 also gets slower after 5-6 burst sweat.gif

faizalmzain : cepat spam lagi, fansoption nak beli tuh rclxms.gif

ianho : oh itu macam ka. haha my a350 combo slow fps + small buffer , so sad sad.gif

1212345656 : you kena test drive dulu then decide. but if you looking for alpha slr, best choice for now is a550 but its abit over your budget, or at 2nd hand price probably could get the body only sweat.gif .

if use that cobra what iso can use?

can go for lower iso like 200. bcoZ for my a350, even at iso 400 alredy abit grainy... i want the cobra more to bounce light for better, not oily face and no harsh shadow ...

QUOTE(ahpingko @ Jul 10 2010, 01:20 PM)
